Steps to Complete 2025 League Baseball/Softball Franchise Renewal
Click on the link below to complete your 2025 Franchise form once you have determined the number of your 2025 teams in each age division.
2025 DYB Baseball Franchise Online Form
· Click on the “Online Baseball Franchise Form” link above;
· Enter your league franchise number (Yxxxx) and zip code to pull up the baseball league admin screen;
2025 DYS Softball Franchise Online Form

Click on the link below to complete your 2025 Softball Franchise Registration if you have been assigned a SXXXX softball franchise number. This should be one only after you have determined the number of your 2025 teams in each age division. If you do not know your softball SXXXX franchise number, please email softball@dysusa.org.
Adding/Removing Teams After You Have Franchised
Email support@teampass.com with (1) Franchise Number (2) Number of teams you'd like added per division. If you paid by credit card originally, we will charge the difference to the card you originally paid with.
